Columbia Plaza Garage North Additional Concrete Repairs

Puyenpa was contracted by the General Services Administration to repair 5,000 square feet and 3,100 linear feet of concrete in the North Parking Garage of the Columbia Plaza Federal Building in Washington, D.C. The structural concrete in the parking garage and loading dock deteriorated, primarily due to corroding reinforced steel. Since it was an occupied space, all necessary noise and dust precautions were taken to minimize disruption to ongoing building activities.
